Q: pwede ba umorder ng products lang, ex. 1 perfume lang?
A: pwede po. if active member ka na, discounted ka na sa repeat orders mo ng products.
Q: OFW po ako, paano ko matatangap ang aking products?
A: pwede ipa-deliver muna sa iyong kamag-anak dito sa Pinas, or ipadala sa iyo by courier, ikaw nga lang sasagot sa shipping fee.
Q: pwede po ba multiple accounts.
A: hindi po. one account policy lang tayo.
Q: may expiration po ba ang account?

Q: may time limit po ba ang upgrade ng account?
